Exercise Detail

weighted decline sit-up

The weighted decline sit-up is an abdominal exercise performed on a decline bench with added resistance. It primarily targets the abs while also engaging the hip flexors and lower back. This variation increases the intensity compared to standard sit-ups, requiring greater core strength and control.
