By accessing or using BodyRecomp ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Health Disclaimer
BodyRecomp provides fitness tracking and informational calculators. The Service is NOT medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any diet or exercise program. Results shown by calculators are estimates based on published formulas and may not reflect your individual physiology.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@bodyrecomp.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; (d) use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software in the Service are owned by BodyRecomp or its licensors. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting support.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BodyRecomp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.
